Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations 

Consultation fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.


If a client cancels a booking with more than 48 hours notice, the booking may be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Where services have commenced, fees are non-refundable for work already completed. Any third-party purchases made on behalf of the client are subject to supplier return policies.

Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Items
 

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@prepco.co.nz with photos and your order details.
In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where required.
 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, at our discretion, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom packages, curated bundles, and made-to-order products are non-refundable.
 

Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, linen or bedding items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
