By engaging PrepCo’s services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Our Services

PrepCo provides property preparation advice, planning, and coordination services designed to help homeowners and short-term rental hosts present their properties effectively.

All recommendations are advisory in nature and based on information provided by the client.

 

2. Scope of Work

The scope of services will be outlined in writing (proposal, email confirmation, or invoice description).

Any additional services outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

 

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees will be confirmed prior to engagement.

• Payment terms will be outlined on the invoice.

• PrepCo reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

 

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While our services are designed to maximise appeal and value, PrepCo does not guarantee:

• Sale price

• Time to sell

• Rental income

• Occupancy levels

• Return on investment

Market conditions and buyer/guest behaviour are outside our control.

 

5. Third-Party Contractors

Where PrepCo recommends or assists in coordinating third-party contractors:

• Those contractors operate independently.

• PrepCo is not responsible for workmanship, delays, pricing, or performance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for:

• Final decisions regarding expenditure

• Compliance with building and council requirements

• Property insurance

• Health and safety compliance

 

7. Intellectual Property

All written plans, checklists, documentation, and materials provided by PrepCo remain the intellectual property of PrepCo unless otherwise agreed.

They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, PrepCo’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

PrepCo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

 

9. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
PrepCo reserves the right to charge for work already completed.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
